Ways of Ordering

Our products can be purchased with the following ways:


Α. By placing an online order at our website’s e-shop

The online procedure includes the following steps:

Step 1 Selection of products and adding them to the shopping basket

In order to see the prices of our products and to have the ability to place an order at our electronic shop, you must be a member and login as a user. Afterwards, by opening the item card of the product that interests you, the Buy It field can be found. From there and after first declaring the quantity you wish, you can transfer the product you have chosen to the shopping basket. As far as some products is concerned, there are also samples available by going to the Ask for Sample field and by selecting it , the sample is transferred to the shopping basket and an order for a sample is placed free of charge. In categories such as Limited Item and Item Not Produced commitments apply as to the quantity are described in detail under comments. As far as the products available for dying are concerned, by selecting the colour DYED, the special order form to commission dying opens up. Information regarding this process is found in Product Dying. Search through our electronic shop and select the products you wish to purchase or request samples by adding them to the Shopping Basket. The contents of the Shopping Basket can be seen with a quick search by clicking on the field Shopping Basket which is found in the top right hand corner of the website. Upon completion of the selection of products and in order to continue with the order you must move to the completed shopping basket. This can be done either by clicking on View Basket by searching the Shopping Basket or after clicking on Buy It through the item card via the field Basket.

Step 2 Selection of available rebates in the shopping basket

By opening the Shopping Basket, there are up to two special rebate bars available. One of them pertains to the redemption of points and the other to the redemption of the remainder of the rebate. Further information concerning rebates can be viewed in "How do I redeem my points” and "How do I make use of the remaining euro rebate after redemption”. Only Telidis Club members have access to the special rebate bar available.

Step 3 Procedures for Confirmation of Order

The order found in the Shopping Basket is confirmed in our system with the following steps

Select, if one applies, the rebate you wish to redeem and, through the same field, move on to the next step.

Select the type of receipt you wish to have issued for your order and confirm the shipping details. By clicking on Continue, you move on to the next step.

Select the method of shipment and the method of payment regarding your order. By clicking on Continue, you move on to the next step.

After checking and making sure that there are no errors, confirm your order by clicking on the field Order.

Our company makes a great effort in order to provide high quality services at our electronic shop. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any errors in prices and in product characteristics. Should you notice that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price regarding its purchase value, prior to the confirmation of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 2310536614 ext.15 or email us at eshop@telidis.com.

After the confirmation of your order, you will receive an automated e-mail which will state the details of your order. The progress of your order can be viewed at any time through My Account and then clicking on My Orders.

Stages of progress and completion of order

Upon the confirmation of an order from the Shopping Basket, the stages which lead to its completion are as follows:

Pending Process

It is the time needed to check and enter your order in our system. An order can be cancelled at this stage if you wish.

Processing

It is the time needed for the completion of your order. An order cannot be cancelled at this stage. If you would like to make any changes, you must get in touch with our Customer Service Department and an effort will be made to assist you with your request.

Completed—Dispatched

Your order has been completed and has been delivered to the means of shipment you selected. The shipment serial number needed to track your order can be found in My Account and after clicking on My Orders.

Cancelled

After choosing to cancel a confirmed order of yours, this order appears in History with the notification Cancelled.

Product Return

After you have returned all or some of the products in your order, this appears in History with the notification Product Return.
