What is the procedure and under which conditions can a wholesale customer make returns
Choose the order containing the products to be returned through My Account and My Orders. Upon opening it, an analysis of all the products that were delivered with the specific order can be seen and the option Product Return is found at the bottom. By selecting this option, the entire order opens again and a box with the option Return appears on the right of the products that can be returned. We select the products we wish to return and fill in the reason for their return. Lastly, we select Send. Your return request has been forwarded to us. We will get in touch with you the following business day in order to confirm the means that the product will be returned. Whatever the case, the shipment costs of the return apply to you and the courier service chosen should be certified and the tracking of the product must be possible and confirmation of the delivery date should be given. The products must be accompanied by the relevant order form and the return card which you received with your order.
