What is the procedure and under which conditions can a retail customer make returns
You have the right to return products you have purchased within ten (10) calendar days after their delivery date whether you have encountered some sort of problem concerning size or colour, or because a wrong choice has been made in the product or you have simply changed your mind.

The appropriate order with the products we wish to return must be selected through My Account and My Orders. Upon opening it, we can see all the products which were sent with the relevant order in detail and the option Product Return is found at the bottom. When we select it, the entire order opens again and a box with the option Return appears on the right of the products that can be returned. We select the products we wish to return and fill in the reason for their return. Lastly, we select Send. Your return request has been forwarded to us and we will see to it that the courier service gets in touch with you the very next business day in order to arrange for its pick up with the shipping costs applying to us. Your sales receipt and return card which you had received with your order should accompany the products returned.
